You can order a transport box from us to safely send your trolley back and forth in the event of repairs.
We will send you an empty box with bubble wrap or filling cardboard. This also includes a shipping label for our return.
Pack the trolley properly in the box and state what is defective. A good description is very important.
Attention, please only in English, German or Dutch. And of course all your details, including email and telephone number.
You stick the shipping label on the box and take it to a post office near you.
All costs have been paid.
You will receive a quote from us within approximately 5 working days. If you agree with the quotation, we will make the trolley and send it back to you. The invoice must be paid in advance.
